Who We Are

Connecting People Together Towards Christ By Sharing God’s Heart¬†With Our Family, Community and World.

Forks is the intersection of the Sol Duc, Calawah, and Bogachiel Rivers uniting into the Quillayute River leading out to sea. These rivers are enclosed on all sides with unending forest lands, including the only continental rain forest. We live and breath rivers and trees in this region. The logging and harvesting industry plays a great role in our town’s legacy, representing generations of woodsmen. Our area is notorious for its hunting and fishing, for all those who enjoy the lifestyle of the woods. So when it comes to sharing Jesus with our community, we just look outside and get inspired for heaven. (Rev 22.1-22)

The Forks Assembly of God Logo has three trees that represent sharing God’s heart:

Tree 1: Sharing God’s heart with our FAMILY
“Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgivness of your sins. And you will recieve the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off–for all whom the Lord our God will call.” Acts 2.38-39

Tree 2: Sharing God’s heart with our COMMUNITY
“Every day they continued to meet in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and scincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” Acts 2.46-47

Tree 3: Sharing God’s heart with our WORLD
“But you will recieve power when the Holy Spirt comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1.8
